Q&A With
Tom Huelin
I’m 21 and started cycling competitively at the age of 12 in Jersey, competing in my first national series in the UK that same year. I am now racing full-time, with the aim of turning professional.
Winning the road race at the 2025 Island Games in Orkney.
My short-term goal is to sign with a UCI Continental team for next season, which would be a big step in the right direction towards my long-term goal of becoming a professional cyclist and racing in the biggest races in the world.
This year, I’ve got a lot of satisfaction from trusting the process and seeing the work stack up into getting better.
Without the support of the LouLou Race Foundation, it wouldn’t be possible for me to compete as much as I have this year, as well as spend time off-island training.
